Want to use our Agile Customer Feedback Log Template? Simply install Mosaic for Confluence and choose it from the Confluence templates library.
Once you've installed Mosaic, follow these steps:

A customer feedback log is a central place to capture what users are saying about a product or feature across different channels. It turns raw comments, interviews, and survey responses into a living record your team can use to spot patterns, make better decisions, and keep work tied to real customer needs.

What elements should your customer feedback log include?

A place for all feedback

Don’t let any feedback go to waste. Keep it all (the good, the bad, and the ugly) safe in a table like the one in our template. Even when something doesn’t feel relevant in the moment, you might want to find it again later.
Keeping your full feedback log in an Advanced Expand macro means you can collapse it so it doesn’t take up too much space on the page as it grows.

Categorisation and highlights

You’ll most likely have some feedback that is more useful than others, whether it’s a new suggestion, a pat on the back to motivate your team, or an issue to be aware of.
Our template uses tabs so you can organise your customers’ insights and flick between positive feedback, ideas and suggestions, and complaints and constructive feedback, allowing your team to find what they are looking for quickly. You can also highlight key insights for each category in Advanced Cards to give your team an overview of any recurring themes or particularly interesting thoughts.
