When input is scattered, workflows break down.

Teams rely on Confluence to share knowledge, manage projects, and make decisions. But the information you need to move work forward often comes from everywhere else — Slack messages, email threads, meetings, spreadsheets, and disconnected forms.
That makes it harder to know:
  • What's been requested
  • Who has responded
  • What needs reviewing
  • What decision was made
  • What should happen next
Forms for Confluence keeps input close to where the work happens.

Bring more structure to the way teams already work.

Don’t overcomplicate with needlessly complex workflow apps or add friction with tools that live in different tabs. Capture input and keep work moving with minimal friction, all inside your Confluence instance.
