Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
- The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- No employees of The Adaptavist Group are eligible to participate.
Entry Requirements:
- To enter, participants must either:
- Repost the corresponding competition post on their LinkedIn profile.
- Follow the Kolekti channel.
Selection of Winners:
- One winner will be randomly drawn from participants who repost the competition post.
- Another winner will be randomly drawn from those who are following the Kolekti channel.
Prize:
- Each winner will receive $50 worth of Amazon vouchers in their local currency.
Competition Period:
- The competition closes at midnight (GMT) on the 4th of January.
Claiming the Prize:
- Winners must respond to the winner notification within seven days to claim their prize.
- If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be randomly selected.
Publicity:
- By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and LinkedIn profile for promotional purposes related to the competition.
General Conditions:
- The Adaptavist Group reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or are deemed inappropriate.
- The Adaptavist Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Privacy:
- Information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners. Participant information will not be shared with third parties.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
By participating in the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Adaptavist Group reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
