Kolekti Limited - Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
    2. Employees of Kolekti Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry Requirements:
    1. Entry into the competition is free of charge and can be done by completing the form on the page kolekti.com/pathways.
    2. Each participant may submit only one entry.
  3. Competition Period:
    1. The competition starts on March 20 2024, and ends on March 21, 2024.
    2. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
  4. Winner Selection:
    1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
    2. The draw will be conducted within five working days after the competition closing date.
    3. The winner will be notified by email within three working days of the draw date.
  5. Prize:
    1. The prize is a €50 Amazon voucher.
    2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    3. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses associated with the prize.
  6. Publicity:
    1. By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition.
  7. Data Protection:
    1. Any personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  8. Disqualification:
    1. Kolekti Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  9. Changes to the Competition:
    1. Kolekti Limited reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if required by law.
  10. Acceptance of Terms:
    1. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
