What is an OKRs page?
You've got a big idea in your business, but before you set off, what are the ultimate goals? And how will you measure whether your activity has been successful? OKR combines objectives and key results, and if you want to boil down big project plans and ideas to their simplest form, an OKR template is a must.
We all know the benefits of team collaboration, but teams thrive with clear goals. A one-pager in Confluence provides clarity on what's required.
Why does your company need OKRs?
Employees don't want to work on projects without a clear goal. How will they know if they are on track? By ensuring an agreed-upon objective at the beginning, everyone can work towards a realistic target, boosting motivation.
Ensure there's one place for your teams to start when they explore the project's goals. OKRs offer a one-page view, so the true aims are never lost when you get into the details.
OKRs provide clear, quantifiable metrics to track progress towards objectives. The result? A better chance of hitting those goals and reaping the benefits!

What elements should an OKRs page include?
Multiple objectives
A tabbed design that expands one objective at a time allows you to add the finer details without overwhelming readers with all the information at once.
Objective and results
Each OKRs page should start with well-defined, memorable objectives. These should be short, inspirational, and engaging, providing the team with clear direction and motivation.
Add value-based details (such as ‘10% increase in sales') to indicate proof of completion.
Extra information
You might want to add:
Any past relevant OKRs to back up your aims, or link to last year's page.
Use strategy documents to support and tie into your goals. Show why it's achievable!
A link to documentation to ensure those interested in reading more have quick access to the most important information.
